We wish to recruit a Retail Business Development Manager for one of our premium stationery brands. This is a B2B role and we are looking for candidates with a strong background in Retail B2B sales.

Ideal candidates will have experience and a proven track record in developing some or all, of the following retail channels:

  • High Street Jewellers
  • Online Retail Market Places (i.e. eBay)
  • Online Retailers (i.e. Amazon, Not on the high Street)
  • Duty Free and Inflight Magazines
  • Wholesalers
  • Promotion and Loyalty Schemes
  • Personalised Gifts


  • Prospect, identify, develop and nurture new business relationships to generate business opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify targeted accounts
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue
  • Target key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM system.
  • Attend external prospect meetings
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences.


  • 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales – ideally in similar industry
  • Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • An ambitious and highly motivated individual with a great work ethic
  • Experience in closing deals
  • Personable, friendly and great on the phone
  • Comfortable interacting with Directors and company executives
  • Excellent at communicating in written and spoken English

You will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives selling new services and growing our revenues from existing customers. You will spend time with the Field Sales Executive visiting clients and coaching them on their sales and customer service skills.

We are looking for someone experienced in sales, who has skills in managing people, and who has experience in delivering high standards.

Being the ideal candidate, you will be able to plan sales territories, set activity goals and sales targets, coach, mentor, support, empower and motivate a small team of executives.

You will be experienced in the implementation of sales management processes, sales activity reporting, sales revenue forecasting, and will be able to forecast accurately the anticipated monthly and quarterly revenue for your team.

We are a busy Promotional Merchandise company based in Aldershot and due to rapid growth, we are now looking for another German Speaking Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our Customer Account Team.

Working within this busy team you will be responsible for managing existing German accounts and liaison with new overseas customers (no cold calling) you will be the point of contact for quotes and order placing and will process orders through from point of placement to the point of delivery. Always ensuring our high standards of customer service are met.
