However, fully automatic print lines take a long time to set or adjust for different pen models and the costs associated with this down-time would mean that it would have to be reflected in the selling price. Our solution is to have a limited number of fully automatic lines with each one permanently set for a particular pen. We went one step further with this by making it a twenty-four hour service. Consequently we can offer a twenty-four hour service on a limited range of very popular pens at no additional cost to you. The Pen Warehouse introduced this concept to the promotions industry over two years ago and we are still the only trade supplier, that as a matter of routine, offer this service without a premium being attached to it.
