Neil Cleere

Neil founded The Pen Warehouse in 1999. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in production management, sales, ink manufacture and silk screen printing.

Whilst constantly developing new ideas and products, Neil continues to ensure that the Company grows and flourishes at a sustainable rate.

Terri Baker

Terri moved to the UK from Cape Town, South Africa to pursue better career prospects. She joined The Pen Warehouse in 2005 and became a member of the Customer Services team.

With her infectious enthusiasm and inspirational leadership skills, it wasn't long before she was promoted to Sales and Customer Services Manager.

James Cleere

James joined The Pen Warehouse in 1999. He gained extensive knowledge of both screen and ink manufacture and became a fully qualified printer.He has also studied the mechanical assembly and installation of printing machines at Lecce Pen, Italy. In 2005, James became Production Manager and leads the PR Team at exhibitions and road-shows.

Mindy Cleere

Mindy was a co-founder of The Pen Warehouse and headed up the original Sales and Customer Services department. As the business developed, she has become focused on Marketing and Publicity and now designs all our mailshots, catalogues, magazine advertisements, newsletters and exhibition stands. Her role is Marketing Director and her background is graphic design and silk screen manufacture.

Liz Young

Liz is our Marketing and Publicity Assistant and is responsible for organising all our PR events and exhibitions. She joined The Pen Warehouse in November 2006 after completing a Masters Degree in Art History. She works closely with our Marketing Director and orchestrates our advertising campaigns and marketing strategies. She is also part of our PR Team and regularly attends exhibitions and road-shows.

Luke Parkes

Luke joined The Pen Warehouse in 2005 as part of the Customer Services team. His keen technical knowledge has become the focus of his current role as he is now responsible for our in-house IT Support and is also a key member of our PR Team, attending exhibitions, road-shows and various events throughout the year.

Noemi Lecce

Noemi is from Turin, Italy and first came to The Pen Warehouse in 2003 for work experience as part of her degree course. After acheiving her degree in Economics, she joined us permanently and took on the role of Purchasing Manager.

Noemi is also part of our PR Team and attends both national and international exhibitions.

Peter Begg

Peter joined The Pen Warehouse in 2007. He worked as a language teacher, both here and abroad in the former Yuglosavia. He is fluent in German, French and Croatian and is learning Spanish.

Peter is our first Multi-Lingual Sales Administrator and is soon to be taking on a major role in our Export Department.

Lucy Lamb

Lucy joined The Pen Warehouse in February 2006. She had previously worked in recruitment. Her role within the Company for the first year and a half was in Marketing and Publicity organising exhibitions and mailshots.

In October 2007, Lucy took on the role of Team Leader in the Sales and Customer Services department.
