EcoAllene
EcoAlleneTM is a brand new material derived from recycling beverage cartons that comprise paper (75%), polypropylene(20%) and aluminium (5%).
The first step is to shred the containers to a piulp and then extract the cellulose component (paper) and this leaves a mixture of aluminium and polypropylene. This mixture is then compacted to form pellets through an advanced and patented process and this raw material is EcoAllene'. This material can be injection moulded using specialist dies and there are now numerous finished products made from this material.
